All ages: From 5 to 55 there is a spot for everyone. Fun and competition for all age brackets.

Teams: We need at least 4 teams (32 players) to start the season for each age group.

Registration: Sign up as a team of 8-10 players or sign up solo and we'll place you on a team.

Church kickball League Waiver and Release form

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the Thonotosassa SDA Kickball League (the “League”), the undersigned participant (“Participant”) acknowledges, understands, and agrees as follows: 1. Risk of Injury: Participant acknowledges that kickball is a physical activity and there is a significant risk of injury from participation, including paralysis and death. Participant understands that while rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist. 2. Assumption of Risk: Participant assumes all risks and hazards associated with participation in the League, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the League or others. Participant assumes full responsibility for his or her participation. 3. Compliance with Rules: Participant agrees to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation in the League, as communicated by the League organizers. Participant further agrees to remove himself or herself from participation and bring any unusual or significant hazard to the attention of a League organizer immediately. 4. Release and Hold Harmless: Participant, for himself or herself and on behalf of his or her heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby releases and holds harmless [Church Name], its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law in connection with (a) participation in the League or (b) attendance at any social event or gathering organized by the League. 5. Medical Condition: Participant represents that he or she is in good health and physically fit to participate in the League. Participant acknowledges that he or she has no illness, disease, or existing injury or physical defect that would be aggravated by participation in the League. Participant agrees to notify the League organizers if his or her physical condition changes. 6. Medical Treatment: Participant understands and agrees that the League does not provide medical personnel or equipment. In the event of an injury, Participant authorizes League organizers to secure emergency medical treatment for Participant. Participant agrees to be responsible for all costs associated with such treatment. 7. Binding Agreement: This Release and Waiver of Liability shall be binding upon Participant and his or her heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns. 8. Governing Law: This Release and Waiver of Liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
